Content:
Provide information on the following items for each of the mentor’s and co- mentor’s current and pending research support relevant to the candidate’s research plan. Each mentor/co-mentor(s)’s “Current & Pending Support” attachment is limited to 3 pages.
Project Number: If applicable, include a code or identifier for the project.
Source: Identify the agency, institute, foundation, or other organization that is providing the support.
Major Goals: Provide a brief statement of the overall objectives of the project, subproject, or subcontract.
Dates of Approved/Proposed Project: Indicate the inclusive dates of the project as approved/proposed. For example, in the case of NIH support, provide the dates of the approved/proposed competitive segment.
Annual Direct Costs: In the case of an active project, provide the current year’s direct cost budget. For a pending project, provide the proposed direct cost budget for the initial budget period.
SELF-FUNDED PERSONNEL
K award recipients do not need to be listed under “Self-Funded Personnel” unless they are committing effort but not requesting salary on PI’s grants.
T32 and F32 trainees should be listed.
NON-FINANCIAL RESOURCES
List all non-financial resources that may be held either at your Partners institution or through an outside foreign or domestic entity. A monetary value does not need to be assigned to these resources.
- Includes access to equipment, supplies, employees, or trainees supported by an outside entity in-kind that are uniquely available to an Investigator.
- Includes support from all domestic and foreign entities available in direct support of the Investigator’s research endeavors.
Examples: a collaborator runs experiments at no cost in support of an Investigator’s research program, a for-profit company loans an instrument to an Investigator
POSITIONS AND APPOINTMENTS
List all positions and scientific appointments both domestic and foreign, including affiliations with foreign entities or governments. This includes titled academic, professional, or institutional appointments whether or not remuneration is received, and whether full-time, part-time, or voluntary (including adjunct, visiting, or honorary).
List the following information for each appointment:
Name of Academic Title: Identify the title the Investigator holds at the institution
If an Investigator has one or more part-time appointments, include the decimal equivalent of 1FTE for each appointment.
For honorary, visiting, or adjunct appointments with no research resources, a statement can be included, such as: “No research resources and no funding held.”

Canadian Institutes of Health Research Fellowship Award
The major goal is to explore the delivery of genetic material to enhance release of drugs at specific sites. This fellowship is paid directly to Dr. Young. This fellowship is directly related to the pending proposal, as Dr. Young, a postdoctoral fellow in my lab, is proposed to carry out Aims 1 and 2.

Professor Starr is a frequent collaborator who runs analyses at no cost for me on his cohort of patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. The cohort includes both a repository of lung tissue and rich data sets. This collaboration is necessary for the pending proposal’s project.

I have office space & 750 sq feet of state-of-the-art-wet-lab space. These facilities will not be employed for the pending proposal.

I have a 1000 square feet of wet lab space outfitted with state-of-the-art microscopy, as well as access to
high throughput chemical screening facilities and a mass spectrometer. I have one graduate student
